A lovely cozy room in a great location in Khartoum. Perfect for solo travelers or couples traveling for either business or leisure.<br />The apartment is decorated and furnished with the local traditional theme. Yet you will find all the modern amenities and everything you need.<br />We offer a few great experiences free of charge. You will make sure that you will have an unforgettable experience in Khartoum.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our apartment is huge and well decorated. It is set out on 2 floors (each floor 100 Square meters). In the first floor there is a kitchen, dining table, a bathroom, a washing machine, as well as large living spaces with very comfortable sofas; guaranteed to make you snooze next to the A/C on a warm afternoon :) <br />There’s also a large balcony with a fantastic view to the city. Sit there on the Bambar (local hand made seat made from wood and tree robes) and enjoy your breakfast or sip your tea and coffee while enjoying the view.<br />The upper floor is where the bedrooms are and a living space with traditional handmade beds.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Feel free to use the kitchen, living rooms, sitting areas, balconies, upstairs lounges and TV<br /><br /><b>During your stay</b><br />We are a fun loving and adventurous couple, you will basically be staying with us. We would love if you want us to chat with you, eat together or go out sometimes to show you around the city. And if you prefer to be on your own, you will hardly feel our presence; yet just let us know if you need anything.<br /><br />I am a qualified Rowing, Kayak and Canoe coach. For every guest staying for a week or longer I offer a welcoming gift of 1 hour of any of the above activities free of charge. You don’t even have to pay for a taxi to the Rowing club, I will take you there. <br />And if your stay is for a week or more, we also offer a free city tour to the major attractions in the city. If this is on a Friday we will take you Hamad El nil, incredible Sufi ritual, where a colourful local troupe of whirling dervishes belonging to the Sufi community stirs up the dust, at this imposing mausoleum located in a large cemetery. <br /><br />We feel our city is amazing but poorly advertised for and we want people to have amazing experiences they can enjoy and tell others about.<br />My wife is a beauty therapist and has a first class beauty and hair salon nearby. Our guests have a special discount in the salon.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our checkin and check out time is flexible if we dont have another guest leaving or arriving on the same day.
