The whole house is furnished from Ikea in Dubai. <br /><br />We would love to share our home with link minded people.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Spacious Two Level House Brand New For Rent Furnished With All The Necessities:<br /> <br />- The house has a reasonable size garden - gardening is taken care of by the compound management<br /><br />- In the back of the house there is a maid/driver room with bathroom not furnished, possible to use as a store room<br /><br />- First level consist of a large lounge (sofa set included) with a dining area (10 chairs dining table included), bathroom and a bed room (double bed) and off course the kitchen  (full automatic washing machine, microwave, fridge, cooking stove, tea set, dinner set, cooking bots, cutlery sets, cooking sets  etc...)<br /><br />- Upstairs there are two  rooms with two bathrooms ( i.e. 2 en-suites ) both are furnished with double beds , a third room with two king single beds and a fourth room with a double bed as well as a third bathroom.<br /><br />- The third level there is space which can be used for ironing and hanging washing.<br /><br />- All Curtains are included and all the required bathroom accessories, and the bedding as well. All the furniture is from IKEA<br /><br />- satellite dish is installed, receiver and TV will be included<br /><br />- 24 hours 6 days a week Maintenance service in the compound, Security, no electrical or water cut, very neat and clean surroundings, 20 minutes from Salam Rotana.
